We are a fast-growing, Amsterdam-based renewable energy company committed to energy transition. We harness the power of the sun and wind, and storing energy, contributing to a more sustainable energy system across Europe.

What sets us apart is our deep engineering and energy expertise, combined with flexible capital. We pride ourselves on our operational agility, working at pace to deliver solar, wind and battery storage projects in underserved countries such as Romania, Poland, Croatia, and Italy.

Founded in 2021, we are the European renewable energy arm of DTEK Group.

WHERE WE OPERATE

DRI has four priority countries it operates in: Croatia, Italy, Poland, and Romania.

DRI’s first three projects are now fully operational in Romania, providing 173MW of wind and solar power. In addition to this, we have 13 projects totalling 1,118.5MW at various stages of development across Europe.

DRI is headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with five other offices across Europe in Zagreb, Croatia, Milan and Rome, Italy, Warsaw, Poland, and Bucharest, Romania.

Ivan Geliukh
Ivan Geliukh
CEO

Bringing over 20 years of experience in the energy industry, Ivan Geliukh was appointed CEO of DRI, the EU renewables arm of Ukrainian private energy group, DTEK, in January 2025. At DRI, he leads a fast-paced team of experts to achieve DRI’s ambitious goal of installing 5GW in underserved markets across Europe by 2030.

Ivan joined DRI in January 2025, before which he was CEO of D.Trading, DTEK’s trading arm. Prior to D.Trading, Ivan served as CEO of DTEK Grids, combining that position with co-chairing the ECDSO-E of the Energy Community in Ukraine. Ivan joined the DTEK Group in 2005 as the Head of Investment at Skhidenergo. Before that, he held key leadership positions where he honed his expertise in strategy development, risk management and financial analysis. Ivan is a committed leader, apt at navigating complex challenges in ever-evolving markets, his experience shows that he leads companies to continued success.

Ivan graduated from renowned business school, INSEAD, holds an MBA from the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School and a master’s in finance from the Donetsk National University in Ukraine.

OLEKSANDR LYUBAREV

CFO

Oleksandr has over 20 years of extensive financial experience.

Oleksandr joined DRI in May 2025. Prior to that, he spent more than two years as Senior Vice President of Finance at DAMAC Group, UAE – one of the largest privately owned diversified holdings.

Before his role at DAMAC, Oleksandr held several prominent financial positions in prestigious organisations such as Metinvest and Donetsksteel (Energo Group). He began his career at SCM Group in 2001, working within one of its financial institutions in Ukraine.

Oleksandr holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (USA) and is also a graduate of Donetsk State Technical University (Ukraine).

Joffroy Beckers
Joffroy Beckers
Head of PPA

Joffroy Beckers is a seasoned professional in Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) origination, with a deep understanding of the renewable energy landscape. He joined DRI after six years as a Senior Originator at Axpo, having previously honed his skills at relevant companies such as Cargill and EDF Trading.

At DRI, Joffroy focuses on structuring PPAs that maximise profitability while managing risk and works closely with major energy companies and investors. With two master’s degrees in Financial Risk Management and Commercial Engineering, his work not only ensures the financial viability of energy projects but also contributes to the broader goal of transitioning to a sustainable energy future.

Robin Musch
Robin Musch
Head of Legal

Robin is an experienced legal professional with extensive expertise in renewable energy projects and joined DRI in September 2023. His career began at Clifford Chance in Amsterdam, where he provided legal advice on both conventional and renewable energy projects. Following a move to Singapore, Robin held key roles including Senior Associate for Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Law at Hogan Lovells, General Counsel for Renewable Energy at the Asia Power Development Platform and most recently as Co-Leader of Yondr APAC.

Robin graduated from Utrecht University with a Master of Laws in International Commercial and Corporate Law.

OLENA MYROSHNYCHENKO
OLENA MYROSHNYCHENKO
Head of HR

Olena joined DRI bringing over 15 years of HR experience in both Ukrainian and international companies. Before joining DRI, she worked at DTEK Renewables Ukraine, where she played a key role in enhancing HR systems, contributing to the realization of Projects of Development and Construction, and building a safe and empowering corporate culture.

Olena’s career in HR has spanned various inspiring projects, including position regrading, talent pool management, high-potential employee assessment, coaching, and student graduate programs. Her international experience includes a period in the USA, where she further honed her skills.

Olena is graduated from Donetsk National University in Ukraine and holds an MA in International Relations.

Dmytro Nieshev
DMYTRO NIESHEV
Head of Technical Services

Dmytro is an experienced executive with over 16 years of expertise in delivering large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. He joined the DRI team in December 2023 as Head of the Engineering and assumed responsibility as Head of Technical Services in May 2025.

Before joining DRI, Dmytro served as Head of the Engineering Function at DTEK Renewables, where he actively participated in and managed several key projects during the construction of 1 GW of Renewable Energy Capacity in Ukraine. He also played a key role in developing an in-house EPC function, which became the Group’s center of excellence for Renewable Energy Projects. Prior to that, Dmytro held senior leadership positions at DTEK Energy, overseeing the construction and modernization of major energy facilities within the DTEK Group.

Dmytro holds an Executive MBA, several master’s degrees in energy and construction engineering, and has completed executive education programs at INSEAD focused on financial management and strategic decision-making.

Artem Popov
ARTEM S. POPOV
Head of Project Operations

Artem has over 15 years of experience in the electrical industry, holding various positions across different areas. He began in the scientific field, completing his PhD and conducting investigations and field measurement campaigns for the Energy Ministry of Ukraine and Metivest facilities over Ukraine. He has published over 80 scientific papers and patents and participated in international conferences and scientific groups.

After obtaining his PhD in 2013, Artem transitioned to conventional generation, working with 2GW of installed power. He served as Head of the Relay Protection Department, leading asset reconstruction and a team of 40 engineers.

Since 2018 he has been working for DTEK Renewables Group for different entities holding the executive operational positions with the focus on the development and construction of new assets, specializing on the conclusion of supply and service agreements and risk management. Artem has been contributing to various projects at DRI since September 2022, and in March 2024, he assumed the role of Head of the Project Operations Department.

Head of Communications, Government Relations & ESG

Annebeth is a seasoned communications and government affairs professional with experience spanning across four continents. She joined DRI in January 2024, before that she was Head of Communications at the British Embassy in The Hague.

Before working at the Embassy, Annebeth worked as a Strategic Communications Consultant. She led the communications for the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures and worked with large international clients, including various UN bodies, a multilateral development bank, FinTech SMEs, and the British Council.

Annebeth holds a Master in Conflict Resolution & Governance from the University of Amsterdam and a bachelor’s degree in Political History and International Relations from the University of Utrecht.

Country Lead Croatia

Ivan has over 15 years of extensive experience in the energy sector, including 11 years in renewable energy, with core strengths in M&A, contract negotiation and greenfield development, with a particular focus on managing the construction of large-scale PV and wind farm projects.

Ivan was a member of DRI’s Board of Directors for a year before taking on the role of leading DRI’s expansion in Croatia. Prior to joining DRI, he held various management positions within the DTEK Group, overseeing key projects such as the construction of the company’s first PV project.

Before joining DTEK, Ivan was an associate at renowned international law firm DLA Piper, where he worked on numerous energy projects.

Ivan graduated from the Institute of International Relations in Kyiv and holds an MBA from the Kyiv Mohyla Business School.

SALVATORE ILLIANO
SALVATORE ILLIANO
Country Lead Italy

Salvatore joined DRI in May 2025 as Country Lead for Italy, bringing nearly 30 years of energy sector experience, including 20 in the Italian renewable market across various technologies. His background includes industrial business development, project development, construction management, and start-up leadership.

Previously, he was General Manager at Spin Energy Srl, where he shaped the business model, built the Italian team, and led development of a major pipeline of industrial and agrovoltaic projects. His efforts boosted brand visibility, secured key agreements, and led to the first PV project sale.

He also held senior business development roles at Enerland, GE, and Woodward, and was instrumental in launching various renewable start-ups from 2006 to 2019.

Salvatore holds a Master’s in Electronic Engineering from the University of Naples "Federico II."

Acting Country Lead Poland

Jan joined DRI in February 2024 as Origination & Project Development Manager in Poland, after which he stepped into the role of Acting Head of Origination and Development and Acting Country Lead of Poland in January 2025.
Jan has over 20 years of experience working in the Polish renewable energy sector.

He has worked for several international investors such as Mitsui & Co. Ltd., Equitix, Qualitas Energia, and Northland Power, supporting them in the realisation of their investment plans in the Polish energy sector. Throughout his tenure, Jan has contributed to the realisation of several wind and solar projects in Poland, including the 48 MW wind power plant Zajaczkowo project and 113 MW Miłkowice projects.

Jan graduated from the Management Faculty of Warsaw University after which he continued his education at SGH (Warsaw Business School) in Finance and Banking faculty. In 2012 – 2013, Jan completed a course in Forestry in SGGW at the Warsaw University of Life Science.

LAURA LAZAR
LAURA LAZAR
Country Lead Romania

Laura joined DRI in October 2023 to lead the company’s expansion efforts in Romania. She brings extensive experience as a portfolio manager in the renewable energy sector, with a proven track record of managing over 521 MW of wind and solar assets. After working for several years as a consultant for EU-funded projects, Laura held various positions at EDP Renewables, culminating in her role as Head of Asset Management for almost 8 years. From 2021 to 2023 she held the position of Head of Energy for Simec & Liberty Steel Central and Southeast Europe.

Laura is a graduate of the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, holding both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Environmental Engineering. She furthered her education with a specialisation at the Institute National Des Science Appliquées de Lyon in 2003 and obtained a PhD in Energy Production from Municipal Solid Waste at the Università di Trento. In 2016, Laura completed an executive programme at IE Business School.
